    CURBSIDE PICKUP available. We are very happy to provide curbside service so you will not have to enter the premises at all. Please call your local store and place your order. It will be ready for you when you arrive.

    Shipping

    Paw Street Market ships Monday – Friday (excluding statutory holidays) across Canada. Added shipping fees may accrue in places such as Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon and rural postal codes in other provinces.

    Orders received by 10 AM PST are typically shipped the day they are received. Orders made online after Friday at 10:30 AM local time will ship the following Monday. However, please allow up to 1 business days for processing of orders.

    Free Shipping over $75 – Excluding bags of food, litter, big beds and crates*
    Flat Fee shipping of $20 for under $75 – Excluding bags of food, litter, big beds and crates*
    *Bulky items such as bags of food, litter, big beds and crates do not qualify for out of town Shipping.

    Qualifying orders that are $75 or more at the subtotal level after coupons have been applied and prior to any applicable taxes ship via standard ground delivery for free. This is automatically applied to your order. All orders under $75 ship for a $20 flat rate shipping fee. 

    Returns

    If you are not satisfied with your in-store or online purchase, we will happily offer a refund as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment for the product purchased.

    Whether you’ve made your purchase in-store or online, please visit your local store, and we will happily refund your order. Returns will be refunded in the same form of payment the product was purchased.

    In order to process your return, please be prepared to show the following:

    • If paid with a debit or credit card: The debit/credit card used for the purchase
    • For in-store purchases and online orders picked up in-store: Your In-store Receipt
    • For Online purchases: Your Shipping Confirmation Email

    If you are returning Food or treat items, they must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by Paw Street Market .

    Goods returned opened or without a receipt can be exchanged or refunded for a gift card. If a Gift Card was used as a partial tender, that returned amount will be placed on a new Gift Card before other tenders are applied. Additionally, if a customer makes frequent returns of the same item(s) repeatedly and/or returns in bulk often, such returns may be refused at our sole discretion. Coupon Code discounts are not refundable for money but will be applied back to your account as store credit .

    Exceptions to our policy regarding returns and refunds. These include: seasonal items, clearance items, and special orders.
